Services
I provide therapeutic and mentoring services in a variety of modalities and formats in effort to best serve each individual’s needs. Modalities include: working Somatically (with the body) using art, movement, and physical expression; Emotionally, using a wide range of emotional clearing, expression and regulation techniques; Cognitively, using practices based in mindful-awareness and behavior modification models; and Spiritually, using a client-centered approach that works specifically with the client’s direct experiences.
