The Spiritual Body
The Spiritual Body is home to our spiritual self and holds the deep wisdom of our purpose. Through visions, dreams, messages and intuitions, the Spiritual Body informs and guides us towards unfolding our emerging self. It moves us towards who we are to become and what we have come here to do. Through accessing the Spiritual Body we come into greater relationship with the vision of our lives and the next steps on our path to achieving that vision. When we are accessing the wisdom of this body, we begin to align ourselves with the larger truths of life and how we may come to live more fully in those truths. We gain greater understanding of our role(s) here and of our own authenticity. We become able to stand strongly and compassionately in our convictions and our purpose. The power of the Spiritual Body is that it nurtures and grows that which abides.
As we grow and change as individuals, so too does the relationship with our Spiritual Body grow and change. Oftentimes life demands from us that we focus the majority of our attention on our material survival needs such as earning an income, providing necessities, and staying in physical health. Whereas these elements are vastly important, our focus on them can also become out of balance and we may find that we possess everything except meaning, purpose and the satisfaction of knowing that we are accomplishing something truly valuable with our lives.
In effort to create a more fulfilling and satisfying life, Holistic Psychotherapy seeks to keep the Spiritual Body present and active in daily life decisions. By calling upon the wisdom of our intuition, the power of our inner-visionary, and the purpose of our soul, we are able to inform the passion of our heart, the creativity of our mind, and the expressions of our physical body. When The Four Bodies function harmoniously as one, life profoundly changes and we hold the capacity to profoundly change life.
